DashMatt: WordPress Dashboard Theme

In short, DashMatt — Dashboard+Matt — is a WordPress Dashbord Theme inspired by Matt’s blog design. This plugin tries to take advantage from WordPress 2.5 features. We can create our own theme for dashboard. This theme runs as a plugin and it will work only on WordPress 2.5. Here is a screenshot:

More about this dashboard theme:

Wide container — the main container will be displayed wider. The default styles uses max-width: 980px;. Here, we use {max-width:none}.
The header is slimmer (in height).
Primary top navigations have smaller font size.

Simple-est, awesome-est wordpress modification EVER. No, I’m not talking about the theme (that’s nice too).

I just went and edited my wp-admin/css/global.css file and changed the “.wrap, .updated, .error” style from 980px to none…

AMAZING. This was my biggest problem with wordpress. Editing in the 980px box sucks badly.
