Twitter just got its homepage redesigned (again). Here’s its new look.
It’s wider now and display less elements. Previously, there was a scrolling trending topics and some tweet stream. We can’t find them anymore now. I think the new designs tries to attract more people to join (increasing registrations) by simplifying the registration process. The login box is now clearly displayed. Nice.
Anyway, it has different “blue”. I rarely open Twitter website and use using Twitter client like Echofon, Gravity or Twitter for BlackBerry. If you’re using the website version and choose “New Twitter” design, the new design is like preparing to welcome all users to “New Twitter”. Time to say good bye to “Old Twitter” design?
